Glen T. Martin is President of the World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA). He is author of 11 books and dozens of articles on the philosophical foundations of democratic world law, the quest for human liberation, and issues of global peace with justice and sustainability. His most recent book that appeared with Cambridge Scholars Publishers (2018) is entitled "Global Democracy and Human Self-Transcendence."
