The idea we present of learned accomplishment is hardly recognizable as valued if we present such to our peers of learning, rather than to those who wish to learn. My knowledge must not be esteemed by my making sense to my learned peers as much as making sense to those who do not hold such positions in the first place, and may not understand the reason to do so.

If we cannot communicate the basis of our beliefs and knowledge on the level which it may be consumed and mentally digested by our fellow citizens of this world whatever their capacity, then we have not understood it well enough ourselves.
