PhD in Political Philosophy and Political Sociology. Dissertation: Cosmology and Elite Democratic Theory. Over 100 Public policy papers in the following areas: midwifery, biotechnology, redevelopment, economic development, and disaster response. Over 50 published Academic papers and NSF grants involving time and philosophy of science and art, complex-systems, and chaos theory. I am an artist and poet. I have been a Buddhist Dzogchen practitioner for many years. I founded and manage Time Structures, a public policy and time research company in 2005.
