My name is Haihao (he/they), pronounced (and can be remembered) like “Hi, how (are you)”! I worked from 2019 to 2022 as an NSF graduate research fellow at MIT, researching AI, LLMs, and incorporating domain knowledge into ML models. I also worked/volunteered as a teacher with various organizations, and I am passionate about education equity. I am pursuing a Master of Education at Harvard, and am currently working on combining AI with our modern understanding of neuro, cognitive, and learning sciences to ultimately transform how students learn in this century and beyond!
