I am an associate professor of philosophy at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. I have published on topics in phenomenology such as personhood, attention, and ignorance. Recently, I am exploring from a phenomenological perspective how injustice practices have an impact on our social interactions and interpersonal relations.

I am the co-editor of Husserl Studies (together with Walter Hopp), series editor of the Series in Continental Thought at Ohio University Press, and a continental philosophy section editor of Ergo. I am also on the board of directors of CARP (Center for Advanced Research in Phenomenology).
