Hemdat Lerman

I am currently a teaching fellow at the Philosophy Department at the University of Warwick, and a member of the Warwick Mind and Action research centre. My research focuses on how perception provides humans with their ability to think about the mind-independent world, and in particular, what should be the relationship (a) between perceptual experience and concepts and (b) between perceptual experience and the perceived mind-independent items if perceptual experience is to provide us with our ability to think about the mind-independent world.
