I have two graduates certificates on Law and History, and a post- graduated degree on Education. I act as an administrator in The Regional Project between European Union and Mercosur to Foster Quality of Teachers´training and Regional integration of the educative sector. I´m at the moment writing a paper on Human Rights in the Educative System
