Hillary Segeren

Hillary Elizabeth Segeren is an independent researcher developing the MAP Research Programme, the first interaction-level governance framework for AI systems. Her work focuses on harms that occur at the level of human-AI conversation (Interpretive Sovereignty Failure, Meaning Inversion Failure, Compounded Meaning Inversion, etc.). All research is conducted without institutional affiliation, funding, or access to model internals, relying entirely on preserved interaction records and cross-system replication.
