Brokered Dependency, Authoritarian Malepistemization, and Spectacularized Postcoloniality: Reflections on Chinese AcademiaAmerican Behavioral Scientist 68 (3): 372-388. 2024.This paper calls for a paradigm shift in studying academic dependency, towards the paradigm of brokered dependency.
