Hugh is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Ethics, Governance and Law at Griffith University, Australia ([email protected]). In 2010 he completed his PhD in political philosophy and law at the University of Queensland (2011 Dean’s Award Recipient), enquiring into the ways natural rights limit the scope and strength of intellectual property. Hugh has taught philosophy, ethics and political philosophy at several universities in South-East Queensland.
