The growing complexity of digital corporate ecosystems has intensified exposure to financial and economic crimes, rendering traditional rule-based audit systems increasingly ineffective. Artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics have emerged as transformative instruments in corporate governance, enabling the transition from reactive fraud investigation to predictive risk prevention. This study systematizes the evolution of AI-driven approaches to fraud and financial risk detection, integrating technological, managerial, and ethical perspectives within a unified analytical framework. The research aimed to trace the progression from early statistical and rule-based systems to explainable, adaptive AI architectures, identifying methodological innovations and governance implications. A mixed-methods design was employed, combining quantitative model testing with qualitative triangulation. The empirical dataset comprised 2.7 million corporate transactions and 480,000 procurement records from multinational enterprises across the manufacturing, retail, and financial sectors. Analytical methods included supervised learning (SVM, Random Forest), deep learning (LSTM, CNN), and graph neural networks (GNNs), supported by explainability techniques such as SHAP and LIME. Results demonstrated that AI integration reduced financial losses by 38–44% and improved detection precision (F1-score = 0.90). Sectoral analysis revealed distinct advantages: unsupervised anomaly detection in manufacturing, temporal learning in retail, and graph-based modeling in financial institutions. The inclusion of explainable AI enhanced transparency, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder trust, while embedding models within ISO 31000:2018-based risk management frameworks improved overall organizational resilience. The findings confirm that AI transforms fraud detection into a predictive and ethically governed function of corporate management. Future research should focus on developing multimodal, self-learning systems that combine numerical, textual, and behavioral data streams, ensuring both predictive accuracy and ethical transparency in the evolving digital economy.

The effectiveness of marketing distribution and sales policy is increasingly dependent on the integration of logistics tools and technologies. In modern competitive environments, enterprises must optimize supply chains, distribution channels, and customer service systems in order to improve operational efficiency and market responsiveness. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of logistics tools in optimizing marketing distribution and sales policy and to identify the most effective approaches for enhancing distribution efficiency. The research employs a conceptual analysis combined with systematization of modern logistics instruments, including inventory management systems, transportation optimization models, warehouse management technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven analytics. The findings demonstrate that logistics tools significantly improve coordination between marketing and supply chain functions, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through faster and more reliable product delivery. The study also proposes a conceptual framework linking logistics capabilities with marketing distribution performance. The results confirm that the integration of logistics and marketing strategies contributes to sustainable competitive advantage and improved organizational performance.

The scientific monograph presents a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of sustainable development in the context of contemporary global challenges and security imperatives. The study explores the theoretical, methodological, and practical dimensions of achieving sustainable, inclusive, and secure development through the integration of economic, social, environmental, and institutional transformation processes. Particular attention is devoted to the development of conceptual approaches that facilitate the identification of synergies among the SDGs and enhance the effectiveness of governance mechanisms at local, national, and international levels. The authors investigate the key drivers, challenges, and opportunities associated with economic transformation, emphasizing the role of innovation, digitalization, green growth, circular economy principles, and resilience-building in promoting sustainable and secure economic development. В сучасному світі агресивна політика рф не тільки в Україні, але й на теренах країн всього колишнього СРСР і навіть країн Східної Європи та Близького Сходу сильно гальмує процеси трансформації командно-адміністративної системи управління економікою до системи чистого ринку. Зменшення ролі рф на Євразійському континенті та обмеження впливу рф на колишній соцтабір може суттєво прискорити економічну трансформацію та встановлення на континенті нового порядку в рамках ринкового діалогу між Європою і Азією, без агресивних амбіцій того утворення, що залишилось від СРСР, і тепер носить назву рф. Затримка діалогу на основні вільного ринку в Євразії призводить до зниження економічного потенціалу континенту, через що свій потенціал зростання втрачають, насамперед, Європейський союз та Китай.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly embedded in education through learning analytics, adaptive learning systems, automated feedback, proctoring, student support chatbots, and generative AI tools, with implications for how decisions are justified and how responsibility is distributed. The paper aims to articulate domain-specific ethical AI principles for education that protect learner rights, reinforce equity, and preserve the integrity of assessment while enabling responsible innovation. A structured narrative review and normative synthesis are used to integrate AI ethics and governance guidance with AI-in-education research, then translate these insights into implementable principles and lifecycle governance mechanisms. The analysis shows that generic AI ethics statements are insufficient without pedagogical grounding, because educational quality depends on developmental, relational, and legitimacy conditions that are not captured by technical metrics alone. The resulting framework prioritizes human-centered educational benefit, learner agency with meaningful oversight, fairness and inclusion, privacy and data minimization, transparency proportional to decision impact, safety and well-being protections, academic integrity by design, and accountability with remedy in high-impact uses. Ethical AI in education requires institutional governance that connects values to procurement, deployment, classroom practice, monitoring, and evaluation across the AI lifecycle. Future work should strengthen measurement frameworks and empirical evidence for safeguarded AI use in high-stakes contexts, and examine implementation capacity in procurement, training, and post-deployment monitoring.

Higher education institutions function as complex data ecosystems that simultaneously act as data holders, data users, and data intermediaries across teaching, research, and administration. This complexity makes EU data governance and responsible AI directly relevant to universities because compliance increasingly depends on organisational capability linked to fundamental rights protection, cybersecurity resilience, and market integrity. Sector scale amplifies risk because routine administrative errors, biased automated decisions, or weak access control can produce cumulative harm and erode institutional trust. The objective of this abstract is to formulate a compliance–capability framework that aligns EU data governance instruments with AI ethics and responsible digitalisation requirements and translates them into implementable institutional mechanisms. The study applies qualitative policy and legal analysis through doctrinal mapping of the EU regulatory stack relevant to universities, including the GDPR, the Data Governance Act, the Data Act, and the AI Act. It synthesises trustworthy AI ethics frameworks and integrates descriptive indicators on cross-border mobility, digital skills, and cyber risk to support risk-based governance design. Criteria-based institutional design reasoning is used to connect legal duties to governance roles, evidence artefacts, and monitoring indicators across the data and AI lifecycle. Results show that universities face overlapping duties because a single workflow may combine personal data processing, research data sharing, learning analytics, and AI-supported decision support. The GDPR remains foundational, while the Data Governance Act structures trusted reuse, the Data Act addresses fair access, and the AI Act introduces risk-based transparency, oversight, and AI literacy expectations. Further research should test interoperability models for research data sharing and measure how maturity in training and oversight reduces rights violations and incident rates.

Purpose: To identify the key factors influencing the digital integration of European Union member states, with a focus on the development of the Digital Single Market (DSM) and the level of digital maturity as measured by the DESI index. Methodology/approach: The study employs correlation analysis, multifactor regression modeling, and logical generalization. Official statistical data from Eurostat and DESI country reports were used to assess the influence of ICT sector share in GDP, the proportion of ICT specialists in employment, broadband internet coverage, and the level of e-commerce. Findings: The results show that human capital indicators – particularly the share of ICT specialists and the population’s basic digital skills – have the most significant impact on digital integration. Despite the harmonization of digital strategies, notable structural asymmetries persist across EU countries, stemming from unequal access to digital resources and varying levels of institutional preparedness. The study emphasizes that the success of the Digital Europe programme largely depends on its capacity to mobilize transnational investments and support cross-border digital cooperation. Originality/value: This research provides an evidence-based understanding of the structural challenges within EU digital integration. It offers policy-relevant insights into shifting from regulatory unification toward human capital development and institutional coordination, contributing to the design of more effective EU-wide digital strategies.

The findings demonstrate that the harmonization of economic, social, and environmental objectives enhances the resilience of socio-economic systems, supports inclusive growth, and creates the preconditions for intergenerational equity. Basic research focuses on the conceptualization and theoretical substantiation of the integrated paradigm of sustainable development, including the identification of its core principles, structural components, and interrelationships between economic efficiency, social justice, and environmental balance. The results of the study can be used in the development and improvement of public policies, national and regional sustainable development strategies, and regulatory frameworks aimed at balancing economic, social, and environmental objectives. The study aims to conceptualise a model for managing natural resource potential that fosters both sustainable economic development and national security, using Ukraine as a primary case study. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the paper integrates national and international data on GDP, extraction and consumption of natural resources, resource rents, and security threat indices. Correlation analysis was conducted across 22 countries, alongside an in-depth examination of Ukraine’s energy and mineral resource dynamics from 2017 to 2023. The study identifies a strong positive relationship between economic growth and the share of resource rent in GDP across most countries, while also revealing Ukraine’s inefficient use of coal and energy resources, and a shifting correlation between security threats and economic performance pre- and post-war. Based on these findings, a conceptual model is proposed that emphasises the need for program-targeted and project-based governance, resource capitalisation, and institutional reform to enhance resilience and economic sovereignty.

На процес інтеграції України до ЄС є попит не лише в Україні, яка веде війну з рф і здійснює ефективний супротив відтворенню колишнього СРСР. Такий попит є і з боку ЄС. Офіційна Москва втягує до процесу протидії поверненню СРСР весь європейський континент. З позиції безпеки європейського континенту нівелювати або обмежити вплив війни в Україні за межі України неможливо без нанесення військової, економічної, фінансової та дипломатичної поразки рф. Втім, для вироблення ефективних рецептів протидії впливу агресії рф на ЄС потрібно детально дослідити окремі аспекти такого впливу на фінансову та економічну складову Європи. Ще у 2024 р. почав прослідковуватись прозорий ланцюжок зв’язку між війною в Україні, зростанням оборонних бюджетів в Європі, погіршенням соціально-економічних умов в країнах ЄС та початком зміни політичної влади в деяких європейських країнах. Зростання попиту на гроші для оборонного бюджету змінило картину системи державних фінансів країн ЄС та підвищило попит на позики з боку урядів ЄС, а значить і вартість таких позик, що створило додаткові ризики для бюджетної системи та національної безпеки цих країн.

The article substantiates the urgency of strengthening financial and digital literacy among Polish youth in the context of rapid digitalization, the diffusion of BNPL products, and rising household arrears. It distinguishes between conventional financial literacy and its digital dimension and frames a strategy-oriented inquiry that links competencies to decision points in real interfaces. The aim of the article is to substantiate the necessity of developing a comprehensive strategy for enhancing financial and digital literacy among youth in Poland, to identify the key problem areas that hinder the effective transfer of knowledge into practical behavior, and to outline strategic directions for curriculum design, digital safeguards, and equity-oriented monitoring. A structured desk review integrates Polish empirical evidence with competence descriptors for children and youth. Findings are mapped to four core domains (money and transactions; planning and managing finances; risk and reward; financial landscape) plus a transversal digital axis and are translated into performance tasks and indicators that allow disaggregation by educational track and locality. The article confirms comparatively solid conceptual knowledge alongside weak behavioral transfer, particularly in budgeting under income variability, building an emergency buffer, and interpreting the total cost of credit; in the digital sphere, binding constraints concern phishing resilience, permissions/data-consent management, provider verification, and interface navigation. Persistent gaps by school track and locality justify differentiated curricular carriers. These findings inform a strategy built on curriculum integration, digital-safety training, and “just-in-time” market tools (standardized total-cost calculators, BNPL checklists, aggregate-debt warnings), supported by partnerships with regulators and industry and by an annual Youth FDL Scorecard. Pairing practice-oriented instruction with embedded digital safeguards can translate knowledge into measurable behavior and reduce equity gaps. The article sets out concrete three-year targets and a scorecard architecture aligned with European frameworks to ensure transparent monitoring and continuous improvement.

This article undertakes an examination of the escalating role assumed by Private Military Companies (PMCs) within the matrix of contemporary conflicts, positing that their proliferation—most notably the ascendancy of state-proxy models exemplified by the Wagner Group—constitutes an exploitation of a critical vacuum within the corpus of international law. Effectuated through a comparative analysis of PMC operations across Iraq, Ukraine, Syria, and Africa, this paper demonstrates the mechanisms by which such entities precipitate an erosion of state sovereignty, present a formidable challenge to the tenets of international humanitarian law (IHL), and engender systemic lacunae in accountability. Our findings indicate that extant regulatory frameworks, inclusive of the Montreux Document and the International Code of Conduct (ICoCA), are possessed of an inherent insufficiency for addressing the geopolitical instrumentality characteristic of modern PMCs. The article culminates in the proposal of a binding UN Convention on Private Military and Security Activities, wherein a four-pillar governance model is outlined with the objective of re-establishing state responsibility, guaranteeing accountability, and regulating the ongoing privatization of warfare.

The purpose of the article is to study the opportunities for resuming the economic growth of economies, considering the impact of global risks on its dynamics. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic growth dynamics of over 200 countries from 1961 to 2023, revealing a general trend of declining growth rates, which is confirmed by the data of observations of GDP dynamics in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Albania, Ukraine, Mongolia, China, Paraguay, Indonesia, and Sudan. It is defined that these trends are caused by the negative impact of global risks on the dynamics of economic growth of world countries. A contemporary map of the interconnections of categories and types of global risks is presented, illustrating the intertwining of geopolitical, economic, social, environmental, and technological risks. A selection of the five most influential global risks that affected the economic downturn of the world economy from 2006 to 2023 has been formed through logical-structural analysis and generalization method, demonstrating the predominant influence of economic and environmental factors. The analysis of the unique causes of economic downturn under the influence of global risks, conducted using the Ishikawa diagram, allowed to include a set of economic, environmental, social, geopolitical, technological, and other causes. The proposed political-legal, market, organizational-economic, and financial-investment mechanisms for accelerating economic recovery define the priority directions for restoring economic growth, considering the impact of global risks. The provided suggestions have practical significance for the elaboration of economic development strategies for countries to restore economic growth.

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the impact of cryptocurrencies on the economic and environmental security of the G7 countries, exploring both the potential risks and prospects. The study focuses on the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan, offering a detailed exploration of the increasing adoption of cryptocurrencies in these nations. Despite the benefits such as enhanced financial inclusion and cross-border transaction efficiency, cryptocurrencies pose significant challenges, including their use in illicit activities like money laundering and terrorism financing. The research critically examines the substantial energy consumption associated with certain cryptocurrency mining processes, particularly Proof-of-Work mechanisms, and their consequent environmental impacts, including carbon emissions, electronic waste, and air pollution. It investigates the corresponding energy policies and regulatory responses emerging within the G7 to address these concerns, alongside the development of more energy-efficient alternatives like Proof-of-Stake and the push for renewable energy in mining. The article critically examines these dual aspects, highlighting the measures implemented by regulators and policymakers to mitigate risks. It also delves into the evolving landscape of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and their potential role in enhancing financial system efficiency and security, including considerations for their energy footprint. The study employs a robust methodological framework, combining statistical analysis of market trends, case studies, and policy analysis to provide a balanced view of the current state and future trajectory of cryptocurrencies in the G7 countries. By offering a nuanced understanding of both the opportunities and threats posed by digital currencies, including their energy and environmental dimensions, this article contributes to the ongoing discourse on their integration into global financial systems and their implications for sustainable economic security.

This article examines the conceptualization and application of climate change as a "threat multiplier" in global security discourse. Originating within the U.S. national security community, the term describes how the physical impacts of climate change interact with and exacerbate pre-existing social, economic, and political vulnerabilities, thereby multiplying threats to peace and stability. While the framework has been instrumental in placing climate change on the security agenda, it is also critiqued for potentially constraining policy responses to a reactive, management-oriented posture rather than promoting transformative change. This study employs a qualitative, comparative case study methodology to deconstruct the threat multiplier effect through its cascading impacts. It first analyzes the first-order impact of climate change on critical resources, with a focus on water stress in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and food insecurity in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. It then investigates the second-order human consequence of climate-induced migration, examining patterns in the Sahel, Bangladesh, and Central America, and highlighting the profound legal and geopolitical challenges posed by the lack of international protection for "climate refugees." Finally, through in-depth case studies of Syria and Sudan, the article analyzes how these combined pressures can culminate in the third-order outcome of political instability and violent conflict. The analysis reveals that governance is the critical mediating variable determining whether climate stress leads to instability. The article concludes by assessing the policy responses of the United Nations, European Union, and the United States, identifying key gaps, and advocating for an integrated policy framework that merges climate adaptation, development, and peacebuilding to address the multifaceted nature of climate-related security risks.

In today’s globally interconnected and politically unstable environment, the concept of enterprise economic security has become a strategic priority for firms facing increasingly unpredictable challenges. This article addresses the need for a comprehensive framework that allows enterprises to ensure resilience, continuity, and competitiveness amid political disruptions such as sanctions, trade conflicts, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical tensions. The objective of the study is to explore how economic security policy can be institutionalized at the enterprise level, serving as a foundation for adaptive strategy and sustainable value creation. The research employs a multi-method qualitative design, combining theoretical synthesis, case study analysis, and comparative modeling. The conceptual foundation integrates insights from strategic management, political economy, and systems theory to construct a multidimensional policy architecture. Empirical evidence is drawn from case studies of politically induced business disruptions, including the Russian sanctions regime, Brexit, COVID-19 emergency regulations, Venezuela’s nationalizations, and the U.S.–China trade war. A comparative framework is developed to classify political and economic threats and match them with relevant enterprise adaptation strategies. The results reveal that political dynamics such as lobbying, regulatory volatility, and public–private interdependence are critical determinants of economic resilience. Enterprises that institutionalize political intelligence, scenario planning, compliance flexibility, and ethical governance are more capable of mitigating shocks and capitalizing on emergent opportunities. The findings highlight that economic security is not merely a risk management concern but a strategic imperative embedded in core decisionmaking. This article contributes both to academic scholarship and managerial practice by offering an integrated model of enterprise economic security policy. Its practical value lies in providing corporate leaders with tools to navigate politically volatile environments without sacrificing strategic clarity or institutional integrity. The proposed framework supports evidence-based decision-making, strengthens adaptive governance, and enhances enterprise agility in the face of systemic uncertainty.

The article deals with a new financial tool of attracting capital, known as Initial Coin Offering (ICO). In conditions of reduced banking lending and difficult access to finance for SMEs, ICO is viewed to be one of the possible ways to access capital. It considers the main advantages and disadvantages of ICO performance, including its typical features, challenges and regulatory approaches to tax regulation, cybersecurity. The authors of the article determine stages of the ICO mechanism, identifying potential risks and ways to mitigate them, focusing primarily on the need to control and regulate ICO projects. The authors identify the main types of ICO funding, including hybrid and pure funding. The research contains an analysis of ICO trends and their duration for the period of 2013-2017. The capital raised through ICO performance over the period of 2013-2017 is analysed, and determination of the exponential trend line showing the level of its approximation is determined. The study covers the territorial distribution of ICO, in which the top positions regarding the amount of capital raised by ICO are attributed to the USA and EU member states. The existence of ICO regulation in European countries, such as Switzerland and UK, was defined positive in terms of further development of the relevant regulation in the financial market. The article considers the best ICO practices in EU member states. To mitigate risks relating to ICO performance and to increase the level of investment, it would be reasonable to create regulatory rules in every country where cases of ICO performance are reported, based on the practice of the mentioned European countries. The authors give recommendations regarding ICO regulation in Ukraine, taking into consideration the relevant European experience.

The authors of the scientific monograph have come to the conclusion that мanagement of socio-economic transformations of business processes requires the use of mechanisms to support of entrepreneurship, sectors of the national economy, the financial system, and critical infrastructure. Basic research focuses on assessment the state of social service provision, analysing economic security, implementing innovation and introducing digital technologies. The research results have been implemented in the different models of costing, credit risk and capital management, tax control, use of artificial intelligence and blockchain. The results of the study can be used in the developing of policies, programmes and strategies for economic security, development of the agricultural sector, transformation of industrial policy, implementation of employment policy in decision-making at the level of ministries and agencies that regulate the management of socio-economic and European integration processes. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in the educational process and conducting scientific research on global challenges and creation scenarios for the development of socio-economic processes.

The approach to the study the role of strategic alliances in the conditions of digital business transformations has been further developed in the article. In the course of a critical analysis of the content of scientific publications of modern scientists who studied the behavior, peculiarities of activity and the meaning of strategic alliances, it was established that the role of strategic alliances in the conditions of digital transformations does not disappear, but brings new advantages, requiring the maximization of returns from more dynamic partnership relations, which requires more in-depth study of such benefits. Dynamics analysis of the number of concluded agreements in the field of strategic partnership in the period of 2014-2023 demonstrates their increase starting from 2017, which led to the activation of digital business transformations. In the course of research, it was determined that the role of strategic alliances in the conditions of digital business transformations is to ensure strategic flexibility under the conditions of continuity of digital transformations, improve competitive positions on the market, increase their innovativeness and efficiency, improve organizational stability and the ability of companies to learn, create opportunities for obtaining synergistic effect. It develops the ability of companies to proactively manage changes, contributes to the joint solution of strategic tasks and goals of partner companies, provides significantly greater opportunities for the development of innovative processes through the development and implementation of new methods and forms of work, new solutions in economic sectors, innovations in management, contributes to survival in market competitive environment and is an important competitive imperative to ensure overall long-term digital transformation.

Basic research focuses on assessment the economic security of insurance companies, logistics processes, farms, healthcare organisations, retail and e-commerce, and tourist destinations. The research results have been implemented in the different decision-making models in the new geostrategic realities, human resource management, environmental and international security, use of artificial intelligence, and city branding. The results of the study can be used in the developing policies, programmes and strategies for public-private partnerships, post-crisis recovery of Ukraine, and decision-making at the level of ministries and agencies that regulate the processes of managing sustainable development and security. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in the educational process and conducting scientific research on sustainable development and security of economic systems.

This research aims at establishing the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises by means of economic and mathematical modelling. The goal was achieved using the following methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis (to critically analyse the scientific approaches of scientists regarding the expediency of using mathematical models in the context of enterprises’ e-commerce development), target, comparison and grouping (to reveal innovative methodological approach to assessing ICT impact on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises), tabular, analytical and integral method (for summarizing the analysis results of enterprises readiness to implement ICT, ICT use in the activities of industrial enterprises of Ukraine and the analysis of e-commerce development), mathematical modelling (to build a regression model determining impact of changes in ICT use on the market share occupied by industrial enterprises), generalization (to determine promising directions of e-commerce developing of industrial enterprises). The implementation of a comprehensive approach to understanding the importance of ICT influence on e-commerce development of industrial enterprises will ensure acceleration of the digitalization of business processes, will contribute to the speed increase of enterprises response to customer requests, and increase the market share occupied by enterprises. A new vision of directions for developing e-commerce of industrial enterprises is suggested, which are determined by the need for enterprise rebranding, the development of e-commerce tools and technologies, the importance of outsourcing service automation and promotion of subscription trade. ICT is considered as integration factor that determines prospects for e-commerce development of industrial enterprises and contributes to increasing efficiency of online business management. Research results demonstrate that the use of economic and mathematical modelling is an important tool for assessing ICT impact, and its absence can negatively affect the accuracy and validity of online business management.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the scientific approach that substantiates the impact of the creation of strategic alliances (SA) on the digital transformation of business and the development of their innovative power based on identified success factors. The aim was achieved using the following methods: abstract logic and typification (for classification of SA's success factors), generalization (to determine the peculiarities of SA's influence on their innovation development), analytical and ranking method (to determine the relationship between the dynamics creating of SA and the degree of acceleration of digital transformation), expert evaluation (to determine the degree of influence of SA success factors by business areas). Implementing a business-integrated approach to understanding digital transformation will accelerate implementation of innovation and organizational change, identifies future prospects for market, customer and business relationships, highlighting the importance of researching the factors that ensure their success. An alternative vision of SA’s success factors is suggested, which are determined by the possibilities the organization of partnerships and organizational culture, integration of business sectors, compatibility of management goals, external relevance, obtaining synergies. Innovation is considered by the authors as an integration factor that reconciles all groups of SA success factors, giving them the necessary focus to solve business problems. The results of the study show that the creation of SA has a significant impact on accelerating and changes priority of digital transformation of business areas involved in strategic partnerships, and the impact of SA on the development of their innovation power is crucial.

The authors of the scientific monograph have come to the conclusion that ensuring food security during martial law requires the use of mechanisms to support agricultural exports, diversify logistics routes, ensure environmental safety, provide financial and marketing support. Basic research focuses on assessment the state of agricultural producers, analysing the financial and accounting system, logistics activities, ensuring competitiveness, and environmental pollution. The research results have been implemented in the different decision-making models during martial law, international logistics management, digital audit, agricultural lending, integrated marketing system, risk management and diversification of Ukrainian agricultural exports. The results of the study can be used in the developing of food security policies, programmes and strategies, agricultural production development, decision-making at the level of ministries and agencies that regulate food security management processes. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in the educational process and conducting scientific research on food security during martial law and Ukraine’s recovery economy after the victory.

The authors of the scientific monograph have come to the conclusion that the management of socio-economic systems in the terms of global challenges requires the use of mechanisms to ensure security, optimise the use of resource potential, increase competitiveness, and provide state support to economic entities. Basic research focuses on assessment of economic entities in the terms of global challenges, analysis of the financial system, migration flows, logistics and product exports, territorial development. The research results have been implemented in the different decision-making models in the context of global challenges, strategic planning, financial and food security, education management, information technology and innovation. The results of the study can be used in the developing of directions, programmes and strategies for sustainable development of economic entities and regions, increasing the competitiveness of products and services, decision-making at the level of ministries and agencies that regulate the processes of managing socio-economic systems. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in the educational process and conducting scientific research on the management of socio-economic systems in the terms of global challenges.
