I studied philosophy in Germany and the US and taught at The College of William and Mary, and St. John's College, New Mexico, before taking up a position at the University of Tasmania in 2008. I teach a wide range of topics in philosophy. My research is primarily in phenomenology. My special interest is the taught of Martin Heidegger.
