Ioannis Vandoulakis holds a PhD from Moscow Lomonosov State University. He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Center Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Paris. He currently teaches at the Hellenic Open University and the Open University of Cyprus. He has been a Visiting Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and the Fernuniversität in Hagen (Germany).
