Isaias D'Oleo-Ochoa

Calvin Theological Seminary

I'm an ordained minister currently earning a Ph.D in Philosophical Theology at Calvin Seminary. My research interests range from the relationship between theology and philosophy, theology proper, and neo-Calvinism to the Christian social ethics, vocation, and human sexuality.

I am anchored in the Dutch-Reformed faith, embracing the theological tradition of John Calvin, Abraham Kuyper, and Herman Bavinck. On my approach to philosophy, I’m a reformed thomist, an aristotelian on metaphysics, a realist on epistemology, and a defender of natural law in ethics/morality.
