I am a lecturer at Cardiff University.
My work is about philosophical issues associated with interpersonal relations. I am interested in the ways that people are connected to one another, and the ways these connections give rise to reasons for action. This focus leads me to engage with the philosophy of love and friendship, metaethics, aesthetics, feminist philosophy and several figures in the history of philosophy, principally: Levinas, Buber, Weil, Fichte, Marx, Aristotle and Kant.
