I am Professor of Philosophy at UCL, where I have been since 2008. I am joint editor of MIND, with Tim Button.
I work in ethics and political philosophy, and have a particular interest in the applied end of these disciplines. My main research interests are in the philosophy of culture, bioethics, public health ethics, and methodology in ethical thinking.
