I'm working to develop Sentientism as an explicitly naturalistic ethical philosophy that grants moral consideration to all sentient beings.

It can be seen as an extension of secular humanism that expands our moral circle to include sentient animals and potentially to sentient artificial or alien entities.

The term was developed by Ryder, Singer and others. I am working to re-cast sentientism as an explicitly naturalistic worldview and to build a global movement around the idea.
