Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Ph.D., MBA is recently appointed at the Université d'État d'Haïti as their first hire in philosophy physics and epistemology. He also teaches at the Schulich School of Business at York University, and is a research fellow at the Centre for Research in Latin America and the Caribbean (CERLAC). He previously served as Inaugural Technical Advisor in Innovation, Science and Competitiveness to the President of Haiti.
