My research is mainly focused on two issues: (i) the intentionality of emotions as well as their connection with value; (ii) responsiveness to reasons, in particular the role reason-responsiveness plays within a more general account of the normativity of mental attitudes. These issues are closely related in that I understand the connection between emotions and values in terms of reason-responsiveness.
