I am an assistant professor at Leiden University, and I specialise in contemporary political philosophy. My research interests are broad and eclectic, and they are shaped by ongoing social and political challenges. So far, I've wrestled with some of the fundamental problems concerning global justice as well as the normative foundations of human rights. I'm increasingly turning my attention to challenges posed by climate change as well as digital technologies.
