Jennifer K Miles

I am an educational researcher, practitioner and writer across Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Health Services environments. My practice is founded in collaborative inquiry and open-heartedness, and I promote a person-centred, inclusive culture—a pedagogy of love—for all who join my learning spaces. I cultivate the strengths and abilities of the individuals and communities within which I work and learn, and through a storytelling methodology, I work to hold my learners as they cultivate their own transformed perspectives on what is possible for them in life. I promote a humanising pedagogy of VET that understands Learning as a shared transformative journey, Education as spaces of human flourishing, and Teaching as an act of love.
