Joe Smith

Hi, I am a fourth-year undergraduate student of Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh. This year, I will be studying subjects within the History of Philosophy, Epistemology & Ethics. Thus far, I have completed courses such as 'Philosophy of Time Travel', 'Logic 1' & 'Feminism & Philosophy'. My interests are politically-motivated: I like to offer a critique of 21st Century Capitalism, using the frameworks and methods offered, via both Analytic & Continental Philosophy, as well as Logic. Additionally, I am interested in analysing the works of Philosophers such as Aristotle and G. W. F. Hegel, in order to understand better, the problems that human beings of today face.
