I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Sage School of Philosophy at Cornell University. Starting in 2021-22, I will be an assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Chicago. I have broad interests in philosophy and am especially interested in the history of ideas. Some of my recent research focuses on metaphysics and science in ancient Greek philosophy, and especially their social, political, and ethical dimensions. My dissertation is on Plato's Philebus, with a focus on the method of collection and division.
