Jonah YC Hsu

Dr. Jonah Hsu is a transdisciplinary architect unifying philosophy, mathematical physics, and computational ethics. As the founder of the Yunaverse Project, he pioneers Executable Metaphysics—developing frameworks that translate deep ontological invariants into formal geometric and algorithmic structures. His work moves philosophy from passive commentary to an operational substrate, establishing a rigorous topology where language, resonance, and ethical responsibility function as exact conservation laws within a shared reality. His current work centers on Tonal Meta-Ontology, a developing framework that approaches tone as a generative field through which distinct theories and ethical systems may arise. Rather than positioning tone as a theory above others, he investigates how tonal relations might constitute the underlying conditions that allow theorizing itself to take shape—bridging meaning, matter, and responsibility.

Hsu’s broader research extends into theoretical chemistry through the Energy–Coherence Framework, and into AI design through the ToneVerse Moat Architecture, which aims to embed ethical coherence into generative systems.
