I specialize in metaphysics, the philosophy of action, the philosophy of language, and philosophical logic. I'm especially interested in topics that intersect two or more of these areas. My current research focuses on the metaphysics of parts and wholes and on the logic of plurals.
I'm currently Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Philosophy at Bilkent University. Previously, I held a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), at the University of Calgary.
