I have a PhD in Philosophy from KCL supervisor David Papineau, Title: When Do I Get my Money, A Probabilistic Theory of Knowledge. I have a broad range of interests which are connected in my mind but seem objectively disparate. I have written a paper on the Placebo effect and the reality of magic which is awaiting response. I gave a talk in Dublin on Testosterone and the argumentative nature of male dominated philosophy entitled Argument and Combat. I have developed a methodology called Thinking on Our Feet and Performance Philosophy and am going to do a demonstration in an Aesthetics Conference in Southampton with Stella Dimirakopoulou, a Performance PhD student at Laban. I am interested in the problem of evil, and Pascal's wager and have written a paper which needs revising. I have done some work for MACAT, an academic online project, and have written analyses of major works including Nietzsche's Beyond Good and Evil, Epictetus' Discourses, Modern Moral Philosophy by GEM Anscombe, Candide by Voltaire, and The Emergence of Probability by Hacking. I have a broad interest and enthusiasm for Stoicism and Pragmatism and philosophy we can live by.
