My research focuses on the nature of desire, knowledge of values, and practical agency. I am interested in other varieties of affective experience (such as emotions, moods, pleasures/pains), spontaneous cognitive capacities (such as perception, imagination, and intuition), and the implications these psychological phenomena have for other debates (such as moral realism, free will, and self-knowledge).
