Physical structure, pedagogical model and the forms of accompanying was compared. The pedagogical models are similar, containing evaluations, teachers and monitors who help students in our courses. I confirm that the two universities use continuous assessment to verify the progress of two students in the acquisition of knowledge. It was concluded that the forms of appraisal are similar, as well as that we use appraisal exercises, tests and final exam. The results obtained allow managers to have a vision of seminars and differences from two different public and consolidated universities that use distance education.
