PHD in Philosophy, at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw. My area of interest is 20th century philosophy, in particular hermeneutic and phenomenological theories of subjectivity and the self, the relations between American and Continental philosophy, the thought of George Santayana, as well as that of Martin Heidegger, Paul Ricoeur, Henri Bergson.
