I work as part of a three‑person research team with Dr James Barkell (University of Sydney) and Silas Njiru John (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology). Together, we lead the Evolutionary Frameworks Project, a large multi‑framework research program consisting of twenty-two interconnected theoretical models spanning evolutionary biology, physiology, metabolism, endurance science, and human adaptation. Our work combines conceptual modelling, evidence synthesis, biostatistics, and open‑science methodology.

Several components of this project are formally archived through OSF and Zenodo, with DOIs issued and linked to my ORCID profile. These outputs are integrated with OpenAIRE, forming the foundation of a growing open‑science ecosystem for the project. Additional preregistrations across molecular biology, neuroscience, physiology, endocrinology, metabolic science, and evidence synthesis are in active development.
I have co‑authored peer‑reviewed research in nutritional biochemistry and exercise physiology, and recently completed a scoping review on ketogenic diets and athletic performance, now ready for journal submission. Our team is also developing further reviews and theoretical papers, including work in molecular biology, peptide science, neurobiology, metabolic physiology, and conceptual physiology.
My scientific approach is analytical, structural, and mathematically oriented. I work across evolutionary theory, physiology, biochemistry, epidemiology, and data analytics, with a focus on building integrative, testable frameworks that explain human biology in a rigorous and unconventional way.
