I am currently Postdoc at the University of Southern Denmark, working as part of the "Scientific Testimony in a Diverse Society" project. My main research is in epistemology, especially social epistemology. Topics I have written on include: what we can and cannot learn from each other, how epistemic mental states figure in norms of assertion and practical reasoning, the role of intuitions in epistemic discourse, the nature of epistemic value, and understanding. I am also interested in American pragmatism, especially the work of C.S. Peirce.
