Kim Leontiev

I am a PhD candidate in Philosophy at University College London where I previously completed an MPhil. Before that, I completed an LLB (Hons I) at the University of Sydney (Sydney, Australia) where I also practiced law alongside writing professional publications and devoting time to pro bono projects for organisations assisting refugees, Indigenous persons and those at risk of homelessness. My philosophical research lies primarily in legal and political philosophy with a particular focus on legitimacy, religion, legal exemptions, culture and human rights. I have secondary interests in aesthetics and ethics in Kantian and Post-Kantian Continental philosophy.
