I was born in Nürnberg and grew up in Munich. I studied philosophy, literature and law (Magister/Master) from 2008 to 2014 and law as a major from 2012–2016 (first state exam, diploma). My masters thesis dealt with Kantian philosophy of time and its transcendental function in comparison to Husserlian phenomenology of inner time-consciousness. I spent one year in Paris studying at the Sorbonne in 2011/2012. In 2016 I moved to Vienna where I worked at the publisher Passagen Verlag.
