I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Philosophy at Fordham University. I received my M.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University and also hold a Master of Public Policy and a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Law, Values, and Policy from the University of Houston. I focus on issues of immigration, citizenship, and technology. My current research focuses developing a new theory of citizenship: Technological Cyber-Supranational Citizenship (TCSC), that explores how surveillance, data, and AI governance are transforming political belonging beyond the nation-state.
