The Spatial Pressure Gravitational Theory (SGT), an original gravitational and cosmological framework constructed from first principles, encounters a structural dilemma when interfacing with mainstream academic evaluation systems: the inherent conflict between intellectual property (IP) confidentiality and the verification of academic validity. Traditional peer review often demands full disclosure of internal derivations, posing a severe risk of misappropriation for unpublished original work. To resolve this, the author pioneered the Zero-Knowledge Academic Verification (ZKAV) protocol, grounded in SGT research and development, and globally launched it for free academic use. This protocol employs a standardized closed-loop task workflow. Under the strict constraint of concealing SGT's core field equations, intermediate calculations, and unpublished parameters, it allows domestic and international research institutions to propose any gravitational or cosmological physical propositions. The author independently performs all deductions based on the SGT framework via a self-developed SGT solver, outputting only observable results that can be independently recalculated by the collaborators using their own theoretical systems. Objective judgments on SGT's validity and model discrepancies are then achieved through numerical comparison. ZKAV utilizes third-party email services to establish a fully auditable communication chain with judicial evidentiary validity. The theory postulates that the vacuum background is filled with a continuous, elastic, static Spatial Pressure Medium, and that gravity arises not as an attractive force, but as a "Spressure" gradient driven by medium displacement due to matter. Based on the uniform vacuum background medium—Spatial Pressure Medium (SPM)—the theory establishes a unified, self-consistent, and falsifiable dynamical framework. For the first time, it fully reveals the deep mechanisms of gravitational origin, long-range action, gravitational waves, inertia, and the equivalence principle from the perspective of continuum dynamics, achieving a historic leap from mathematical description to fundamental tracing of gravity. The theory is fully compatible with all observational results of Newtonian gravity and general relativity, abandoning action-at-a-distance and pure geometric abstraction. It provides unique testable predictions such as pressure saturation and mechanical freezing surface in strong-field regimes, opening a new paradigm for gravity and cosmology. Its core picture is simple and profound: The universe is filled with uniform pressure. When matter is placed in it, the pressure becomes non-uniform. This non-uniform pressure field is gravity. Phase Two examines the evasion of causal obligation: the singularity is granted the status of a beginning but refuses to discharge the causal-explanatory duties that such a status entails, compressing questions of material origin, triggering mechanisms, and the beginning of time into mere "initial conditions." Phase Three examines performative inconsistency: in narrative construction, physics invokes the singularity as a computational starting point, yet when faced with philosophical interrogation, it retreats to calling it a mere "point of theory breakdown," thereby institutionalizing a double standard. This Court summons the field of quantum gravity as a source of convergent theoretical trends: the big bounce of loop quantum gravity, the imaginary time of the no-boundary proposal, the curvature smoothing of quadratic gravity, and the starting-point postponement of inflationary cosmology—the entire field's efforts to de-singularize constitute a collective indication that the singularity lacks the theoretical qualifications of a genuine physical origin. How did the singularity explode?—and demonstrates, point by point, the internally inconsistent operations of physics in addressing each. The singularity contains all the matter and energy of the universe and may encode vast amounts of information—it is already a constituted structure, not a self-sufficient origin. The initiation of the singularity—whether termed "explosion," "expansion," or "inflation"—entails a transition from a compressed state to an expanded one, and any such transition requires a causal chain comprising a trigger mechanism, a source of confinement, and a reason for the timing. Physics submits a blank paper on these counts, yet blocks all further inquiry with two defenses: "the singularity is a point where the theory breaks down" and "there was no time before the singularity." The paper further reveals that physics maintains a self-contradictory double standard in its treatment of the singularity: it calls it a breakdown point in mathematical contexts, uses it as the sole starting point in operational contexts, and retreats to the mathematical definition when questioned, claiming it was never taken literally. The paper argues that physics must choose between two positions: either concede that the singularity is not a qualified starting point, and that the question of the universe's origin has not yet entered the valid problem domain of physics; or admit that the singularity is a qualified starting point and discharge the causal explanatory duties that such a role entails. The two cannot be had at once.

The act of physical measurement is fundamentally tethered to the framework of spacetime: volume requires space as the stage of extension, density requires space as the container of distribution, and curvature requires the geometry of spacetime as the substrate that bends. Once the spacetime framework is removed, all these properties immediately forfeit their physical meaning. This paper does not attack the mathematical derivation of general relativity, nor does it deny the legitimacy of the Friedmann model in the classical limit. Rather, it scrutinizes a widely neglected definitional rupture: while claiming the absence of spacetime, the standard narrative systematically deploys descriptive language that is meaningful only within a spatiotemporal framework. This rupture is present not only in popular science communication but can be traced back to the authoritative expositions of the very provers of the singularity theorems and to peer-reviewed academic literature. This paper argues that the contradiction is not a casual misstatement; it is the logical price the standard singularity narrative pays for simultaneously satisfying two conflicting demands—"sealing off inquiries into the origin" and "constructing an evolutionary narrative." It constitutes a structural collapse caused by a self-laceration in definitions.

Why is there something rather than nothing? And why does that something——the universe, with all its galaxies, stars, and living beings——keep producing difference rather than settling into a dead, uniform stillness? This paper argues that answering this question requires two distinct things: a formal structure and a dynamical source. The formal structure is the Meta-State——a dual-symbiotic relation between two inseparable poles. One pole is Ji-Kong, which serves as the indeterminate, receptive ground where beings can appear. The other is Ji-You, which serves as the determinate, replete origin of content that gives beings their specific character. Together they constitute the simplest irreducible form that Being can take. The dynamical source is what the paper calls the Nameless Third——a spontaneous impulse toward manifestation (the Manifestation-Impulse) that has no purpose, no direction, and no determination of its own. Taken together, these elements form a single chain: the Impulse flows through the dual structure, generates tension, produces an intermediate field of chaos and potential, and finally gives rise to the emergence of beings——the open universe. This framework resolves a persistent impasse in traditional ontology, where form and force are either collapsed into one another or treated in isolation. It shows that keeping form and force distinct but mutually dependent yields a coherent picture of how Being can both possess order and sustain ongoing change. The framework is presented as a self-consistent ontological proposal, not as a final metaphysical truth. Its core hypotheses are as follows: There exists a pre-cosmic ultimate ontology, the "Meta-State," which constitutes an interdependent duality of "Ji-Kong" and "Ji-You." Ji-Kong denotes the infinite, absolutely empty spatial-capacity substrate that accommodates all possibilities; Ji-You refers to the infinite, absolutely dense primordial energy that embodies the potential for all existence. A net leakage of Ji-You energy into the Ji-Kong domain triggers the formation of a Chaotic Void. Within this void, statistical-mechanical condensation gives rise to an ordered core—the Singularity. Under extreme external pressure, the Singularity erupts and unfolds into a "Rule-Wall," a spherical conversion front that continuously transforms external chaotic energy into internal ordered mass-energy conforming to universal physical laws. This Rule-Wall mechanism unifies explanations for cosmic expansion dynamics, the continuous injection of matter and energy, the fixation and stability of physical laws, and the observed superluminal recession of the cosmic horizon. During its voyage through the Chaotic Void, the Rule-Wall encounters diverse cosmic structures—each projecting onto our universe as observable phenomena, including ordinary cosmic voids, the KBC supervoid, CMB temperature anomalies, the Great Attractor, primordial supermassive black holes, and ultra-high-energy cosmic rays. Free of ad hoc assumptions (no inflaton field, no dark-energy particles, no extra dimensions, no arbitrary initial conditions), all concepts in this model originate solely from the dualistic interaction of Ji-Kong and Ji-You. The model explicitly acknowledges five cognitive boundaries, honestly delineating domains that are unknowable or untestable in principle.
