I am a postdoctoral researcher in ancient philosophy at the University of Geneva. I earned my PhD through a joint degree (cotutelle) between Roma Tre University and the University of Tübingen. My research is mainly centered on Aristotle’s natural philosophy, with a special focus on the foundations of his science of living beings, as well as on Peripatetic natural philosophy more broadly. At Geneva, my current project investigates whether Aristotle conceived of an analogical relationship between celestial and perishable natural substances.
