The fiftieth volume of the Current Legal Problems series contains the now customary selection of high quality essays by a group of outstanding scholars. To celebrate the golden anniversary of the work, contributors were each asked to take stock of developments in their particular area of expertise over the past fifty years, and to give a critical analysis of where the law now stands.
