I am a third-year doctoral student studying philosophy at Boston College, where I teach a year-long introduction to the Great Books. I hold an M.A. in Philosophy from Western Michigan University and a B.A. in the same from Colorado State University. I have also studied medieval paleography and codicology at both the Rare Books School and the University of New Mexico’s Institute for Medieval Studies. Currently, my research focuses on the reception of Aristotle’s theory of demonstration by St. Thomas Aquinas and others in the thirteenth century.
