Independent Researcher in Philosophy of Mind & Phenomenology and Philosophy of Justice.
My research is situated at the intersection of phenomenology, philosophy of mind, and cognitive science. I am principally concerned with the architecture of conscious experience — specifically, with the question of how self-awareness, volition, and intentionality constitute the structural unity of the human subject.
I'm trying to probe that the process that join all focus in an one and only time of perception in order to build an action, is the "intellection", state of mind that AI never can simulate, and its implication at actual geopolitical frameworks.
Drawing on the phenomenological tradition (Husserl, Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty) as well as contemporary philosophy of mind, I have developed a tripartite model of consciousness in which self-awareness, will, and intentionality-as-personhood are proposed as irreducible yet mutually implicating dimensions of subjective experience.
As i siad:Central to this framework is the concept of intelection — the self-sequencing biological and cognitive drive through which the subject actively constitutes its world — and the role of curiosity as its primary motor.
The secondary area of interest concerns the philosophical implications of artificial cognition: whether computational systems can't instantiate genuine intentionality, because it needs the conditions of personhood.
I pursue these questions as an independent researcher, alongside a legal and psicologist practice that engages closely with questions of personhood, agency, and institutional rationality.
I am based in Valencia, Spain, and approach these problems from a broadly continental perspective, with sustained engagement with analytic philosophy of mind.
