Graduate of Univ. of Arizona (BA), King's College London (MA), and Univ. of Washington (PhD). I am Professor of Philosophy and Honors Program Director at Santa Barbara City College and regularly teach Modern Philosophy, Ancient Philosophy, Philosophy of Art, Introduction to Ethics, and Logic. And when not teaching, you can find me working on papers in early modern philosophy, biking, playing bass, synth, and euphonium with Sink to the Sea and Department of Electrophilosophy, or collaborating on art with Elizabeth Folk.
