I am in the Department of Philosophy at Kwantlen Polytechnic University near Vancouver, Canada. I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy from York University and a Ph.D. in Semiotics (the name given by John Locke for philosophy of signs) from the University of Quebec in Montreal, where I studied with the Peirce-Wittgenstein Research Group and worked as an Adjunct Researcher for the Canada Research Chair in the Theory of Knowledge.
