The aim is not to describe empirical reality, but to identify minimal conditions under which different conceptual descriptions may remain mutually consistent. Information is treated as primary, while reality is understood as its representation. A measure of mapping quality is introduced to describe coherence as a process of improvement rather than a static property. Under minimal assumptions of stability and locality, the model implies the existence of a limiting structure interpreted as an attractor of relational order. The framework does not constitute a physical theory and remains independent of empirical interpretation; it is proposed as a meta-level tool for analyzing coherence across heterogeneous theoretical descriptions.
