Marco is an Assistant Professor of Political Philosophy at the University of Salerno, Italy. His training is in philosophy of science and European philosophy. He has held academic positions in the UK, Finland, Italy, and the Netherlands. Prior to joining the University of Salerno in 2025, he served as Team Leader of the project 'Europe and the Crisis of Universalism' at the Centre of Excellence in Law, Identity and European Narratives, University of Helsinki. His research focuses on themes in social and political theory, historical epistemology, and contemporary philosophy.
