MARGARET BOONE RAPPAPORT, Ph.D. is a cultural anthropologist and biologist who works in the area of human cognitive evolution, in the field of "Science and Religion," and as a futurist, lecturer, and science fiction writer in Tucson, Arizona. She is publishing now on a renewed interest in space policy, spaceflight, and space exploration.
