I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Assumption University. I specialize in Renaissance and Early Modern Philosophy with an emphasis on the intersection of epistemology and social and political philosophy. My current main project is a book on Gabrielle Suchon’s epistemology and its implications for the equality of men and women. I have additional research interests in skepticism and tolerance in the Essays of Montaigne, and skeptical strategies in the work of Marie de Gournay and Lucrezia Marinella.
