In addition, it has the "Young Researchers" Award (IX Edition, 2018) in Philosophy, geography, history and art, awarded by Banco Santander. He has also obtained the Research and Gender Award at the UJI in the category of Undergraduate Teaching Activity (VI Edition 2024).
In 2013 finished the Masters in Ethics and Democracy with TFM "Female leadership: a transformational paradigm model versus the traditional organization". In 2016 she finished the Masters Degree in Equality and Gender in the Public and Private Sphere with the TFM entitled “Agente de igualdad de oportunidades como agente moral en la estructura de las organizaciones empresariales”. In 2017 she finished the Master's Degree in Applied Research in Feminist, Gender and Citizenship Studies with the TFM entitled “¿Madres y managers?: el discurso de la conciliación laboral-familiar en la literatura del management”.
Research interests: feminist political theory, economic and business ethics, applied ethics and theories of managment. She has extended her research in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2015, 2022) and the Oxford Brookes University (United Kingdom, 2016), studies of Humanities at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina) during the year 2012/2013 by Formula Santander scholarship.
She has published Mujeres y discursos gerenciales. Hacia la autogestión feminista (Comares, 2020) and Filosofia i religions en la societat global (Servei de Publicacions de la Universitat Jaume I, 2023), and co-author with Sonia Reverter El feminismo en 35 hashtags (La Catarata, 2020).
