Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis tests have been based on, and tested mostly with, men. This, along with the camouflaging and masking behaviours developed by autistic women, gives way to a bias for the identification and diagnosis of autism. This means that many autistic girls, female adolescents and women still go unnoticed today. If we acknowledge this reality, and also consider the clear potential of audiovisual products for generating representations in certain social groups, we believe that lack of diagnosing autistic women spells their underrepresentation in audiovisual products like films or TV series. So, the main objective of this article is to analyse the representation of autistic female characters in the Forbrydelsen (2007) and Bron/Broen (2015) TV series, which correspond to the Nordic Noir genre, to verify the traits and values associated with them by critically analysing discourse.

Los Critical Management Studies (CMS) es un movimiento académico que ha tenido como objetivo principal el proporcionar análisis críticos del mundo empresarial dentro de unos espacios tradicionalmente hostiles a ópticas alternativas, como son los de las escuelas de negocios y los estudios de administración de empresas. La perspectiva teórica de los CMS ha estado fuertemente ligada a las teorías y filosofías postmodernas, con un interés especial en los elementos culturales y simbólicos presentes en las organizaciones en un momento histórico marcado por la hegemonía del neoliberalismo. Es por ello por lo que la preocupación por las cuestiones relacionadas con el feminismo y el género ha sido fundamental en los análisis críticos de este movimiento, y merece la pena ser explorado, sobre todo una vez que la producción académica sobre estas cuestiones ha sido muy extensa y fragmentada. En este artículo, nuestra propuesta es la de realizar una revisión de los análisis con perspectiva feminista que, en los CMS, se han realizado a lo largo de las últimas tres décadas, así como la recepción que, en dicho espacio, han tenido debates procedentes de otras áreas de conocimiento como la filosofía o los estudios de género.

The purpose of this monograph is to reflect on the spiritual and affective shift and its impact on the formation of feminist subjectivities in the contemporary neoliberal framework. We refer to the change in focus that has taken place within feminist theory in recent decades, consisting of broadening the study of the axes of oppression derived from material and political structures to include the study of the ways in which we relate, care for, and feel. This shift involves considering two dimensions, the affective and the spiritual, whose importance had been relegated to a subordinate position. However, both dimensions allow us to redefine affection as a political issue and recover the connection between individuals and their bodies and nature, which has been so diluted within the conceptions of a rational body derived from Western culture. This monograph consists of six articles that help us trace a critical journey through the different processes that led to the construction of this spiritual and affective shift, its link to the management of emotions, the redefinition of feminist subjectivities, the articulation with political action and the circulation of neoliberal discourses, while opening the door to imagining possible alternatives to the primacy of this epistemological current in the contemporary scenario.

Uterus transplants (UTx) provide women without a uterus the possibility of experiencing gestational motherhood. This paper delineates the complex bioethical landscape surrounding UTx, focusing on the critical aspects of informed consent, risk–benefit analysis, justice considerations, and the distinct challenges encountered by both donors and recipients. While not discussing UTx directly, John Harris’ seminal work, The Value of Life: An Introduction to Medical Ethics (1985) in its advocacy for reproductive freedom and informed consent provides an informative starting point for the discussion.As an example, UTx is analyzed within the socio-political context of Mexico. The impact of the Mexican healthcare and legal systems on UTx procedures is discussed and the regulatory measures necessary to ensure that UTx is conducted ethically and equitably are outlined.

RESUMEN Partiendo de algunas experiencias del presente, se retoma la interpretación nietzs cheana del resentimiento para explorar la complejidad y ambivalencia del fenómeno e iluminar cuestiones actuales. Así, se vinculan dos tendencias y sus implicaciones: cómo el resentimiento genera la fijación de una identidad amenazadora que lleva a la estigmatización de un otro, a la vez como una forma de rechazo de la contingencia histórica; y cómo el vínculo del resentimiento con la temporalidad, en particular con un tipo de memoria, produce una incapacidad para asumirla creadoramente. Esta reflexión deja abiertas preguntas sobre cómo los cuerpos afectados por el resen timiento pueden revertirlo y dar lugar a formas más vitales de relación con el mundo. ABSTRACT On the basis of selected experiences from the present, the article revisits the Nietzschean interpretation of resentment in order to explore the complexity and ambivalence of the phenomenon and shed light on current issues. To that effect, it connects two tendencies and their implications: the manner in which resentment generates the fixation of a threatening identity that leads to the stigmatization of an other, which, at the same time, involves a rejection of historical contingency; and the manner in which the link between resentment and temporality, in particular with a type of memory, produces an incapacity to assume it creatively. This reflec tion leaves questions open regarding how bodies affected by resentment can twist it around and give rise to more vital forms of relating to the world.
