I am a historian of philosophy specialized in the Renaissance period, with a special focus on Yehudah Abarbanel's (Leone Ebreo) Dialoghi d'amore, the Florentine Neoplatonism, Neoplatonic philosophies of love and beauty, cosmological and religious debates, Jewish philosophy, Jewish-Christian relations in Italy and Spain and manuscripts transmission between Jewish and Christian literati.

My recent research interests include also Jewish and Christian history of astrology and medicine in the Renaissance, Neapolitan Humanism and mythological issues.
