Marina Paola Banchetti is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Florida Atlantic University. She specializes in philosophy of language, phenomenology, philosophy of mind, and history and philosophy of science with an emphasis on the history and philosophy of chemistry. Her work has appeared in Synthese, Husserl Studies, Philosophy East & West, Continental Philosophy Review, The Review of Metaphysics, and Foundations of Chemistry. She recently published The Chemical Philosophy of Robert Boyle: Mechanicism, Chymical Atoms, and Emergence (Oxford University Press, 2020).
