Lived in Cyprus for 4.5 years, worked on partial accession of SBAs (UK Overseas Territory) to European Union & Eur Convention on Human Rights, and on failure of Annan Plan to solve Cyprus problem (between Greek & Turkish Cypriots). Then led drafting for Jersey on exit from EU in Brexit, and then on Covid.
